KERALA TENTATIVE ITINERARY
Day 1: Cochin- Munner Arrival at Cochine railway station, transfer to Munner (140kms/4 hrs). En Route enjoy beautiful streams, small waterfalls, rubber,pepper, cardamom and tea plantations and thick forests. On arrival at munnar, check into hotel for overnight stay.
Day 2: Munnar in the Morning, Proceed for a Sightseeing Tour of Munner covering Mattupetty Lake and Dam, Echo Point, Kundale Lake, Blossom Garden, Eravikulam Wildlife Samctuary Famous for the Nilgiri Tahr and Tea Gardens. Returns to Hotel in Hotels in the Evening for Overnight stay.
Day 3: Munnar- Thekkady (Approx 110 Kms.) In the Morning, transfer to Thekkady. On arrival check in to the Hotel, visit Perial Lake, Evening Free for Shopping, Overnight at Thekkady.
Day 4: Thekkady- Alleppy After Morning Breakfast check out from the Hotel and proceed to Kumarakom. check in to the hotel and later proceed to the Kumarakom Bird Sanchuary(famous for thte migratory and local birds). In hte evening, enjoy a Sunset Cruise (optional) or ralax near the Venbanad Lake. Stay overnight at Kumarakom.
Day 5: Allepy- Kovalam (Approx 175 Kms) After breeakfast transfer to kovalam. En route visit the coastal areas with the coconut trees and view of Lagoons and Palm- Fringed Arabian sea. On arrival at Kovalam, check into hte hotel. Reat of hte day free for leisure. Overnight stay at Hotel.
Day 6: Kovalam After Breakfast spend Leisure time at Koval Beach, a sheltered Natural Bay with cool soothing Palms and gentle waves. Where when you are tired of Aquatics, Swimming and Sunbathing, You can Explore the Handicrafts, Jewellery and cloth shops spread along the waterfront.Overnight stay in Hotel.
Day 7: Kovalam- Trivandrum (approx 16Kms) Spend the morning at leisure. Later check out from the Hotel and transfer to Railway Station for Reurn journey.
