Mode of payment is as preferred by the client, but out of station cheques and credit cards are not entertained.

Prices are for students group from Class V to XII with respect to Transport from Delhi by second sleeper class train journey, 3X2 semi luxury seating Bus or jeeps as per itinerary , Accommodation in Tents in campsites, budget hotels or dormitories else where & good quality pure-veg. food.The prices are mentioned in respective heads. Charges does not include any personal expense or anything not mentioned in the itineraries (www.nationaleduventure.com/camps).

Non Refundable Booking Amount( Reg. Fees)  is to be paid at the time of booking. Remaining fees must be paid on or before 1 month of departure of the tour.

Charges for families or adults would be Rs. 2000/- more than printed Price .

Any child above 4 Years will be charged 50% of the total price. Child below 5 years occupying seat in bus has to pay Rs. 3500/.

Luxury hotels, AC Train/Flight  transportation for students can be arranged on additional charges. For any increase in fare at the time of departure candidate is liable to pay the difference.

Cancellation will be accepted only by written communication on the basis of following norms.

Before 25 days - remaining amount other than reg. fees is refunded

between 24 to 15 days - 50% refund,

between 14 to 7 days - 25% refund,

between 6 to 2 days - 10% refund.

No refund on cancellation within 2 days of the tour.

We shall not be responsible for any delays and alterations in the program or expenses incurred directly or indirectly due to natural hazards, train cancellation, accident, breakdown of machinery or equipments, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, political closures or any untoward incidents.

All itineraries are proposed itineraries intended to give you a general idea of the likely trip schedule. Numerous factors such as weather, the physical ability of the participants etc. any political disturbances or any other natural calamity may dictate itinerary changes. Either before the tour or while on the tour, we reserve the right to change any schedule in the interest of the trip participant's safety, comfort and general well being. No claims for changes will be entertained.

Pl. note that Utmost Care will be taken by our representatives but still the participants will have to look after their luggage throughout the journey as well as during the camp. The organisers will not be responsible for loss, theft or any damages to the participant's luggage.
